One Bear Mountain is a premium, 18-storey luxury residential high-rise located within the Bear Mountain Resort community in Langford, British Columbia, roughly 20 minutes outside of downtown Victoria. Developed by Terracap and 360 Pacifica, it stands as the tallest building on Vancouver Island's West Shore and is highly recognized as Canada's first master-planned, wellness-focused residential high-rise development.
